Packages

Does not include travel to location and tax.
The more prints you purchase, the better the deal.
Proofs can be substituted by equivalent value of other prints.

Sitting fees $40.00 cover the costs of film and proof development, but not the photographer’s time. They are not applied to the purchases of prints. I guarantee one photo in a satisfactory shoot. There are rare cases that I don’t get at least one good poses…I will do a free re-shoot.

Included in the sitting fee is one 5 x 7 print.

All proofs or a CD (digital) are included in any order of prints that exceeds $150

All photographs are protected by strict international copyright laws. Please honor them and don’t make reproductions.
NOTE: If I shoot with digital camera, “proofs” will be put on CD.

Location & Travel Costs

Captured Visions on a portrait of a loved-one is priceless and can last a lifetime.

Please keep in mind. If you expect high quality results you need to remember that excellent portraits on photo will take time, thought, skill, and quality equipment.

Outdoor Portraits

Natural lighting from the sun is often to be the best lighting possible, it is not always dependable. There is no guarantee that outdoor lighting will be good on the day of your scheduled appointment.

If you wish to have an outdoor portrait, you will need to be flexible with timing.

Major considerations to think about are cloud cover and the angle of the sun. They make a big difference in lighting.

Number of Prints & Shots

I usually take 24 shots per sitting. I’ll take a second roll if necessary. I mainly use a high resolution digital camera or high quality film (under 200 speed) in 35mm. I shoot in color with digital (and can convert any image to either black and white or a sepia) and with color or black and white film. I can also work with Photoshop to produce special effects.

Curtis Bogan has a digital processing lab and able to print his own prints up to 13 x 19 inches. Images are scanned in at high density and edited, color adjustments (if necessary), and cropped before printing.

Premium Glossy photo paper or an archival Matte finish heavyweight paper are your choices.
